According to a Research Lack of Sleep Can Ruin Your Relationship

Sleep is essentially same as oxygen. We all need it. It is a part of life and should never be neglected. Together with some basic needs like shelter and food, sleep should be considered too.
When your body rests, it takes the time to rejuvenate and repair over time so when you wake up from having enough sleep, you feel more energized. Sleep could greatly affect how you think and act at the same time. So it could be said that it could make or break your relationship, not only from your loved ones but how you relate to everyone as a whole.

Why? Here are 3 reasons.
1. SLEEP DEPRIVATION MAKES YOU LESS ATTRACTIVE
You can never deny the power of physical attraction. No matter how you like the person and his/her personality, what you see firsthand matters. Physical attractiveness may fade over time but it is still a good thing to pay attention to how you present yourself.
When you have enough sleep, your body is revitalized. And you feel more confident without looking so tired or obviously stressed out from other life issues. At least you have had enough sleep.
2. IMPULSIVENESS AND HOSTILITY RUNS DOWN IN YOUR BLOOD
When you lack sleep, you easily get irritated even at simple things. The study says that cognitive(thinking) capacities are affected whenever the body doesn’t get enough sleep thus you don’t get to speak and act properly and kindly.
Decisions and actions are not well thought of and you tend to be impulsive. And when communicating with your partner, you mood peaks up from spreading positive vibes to negative ones real quick. You are a grumpy person if sleep is deprived making you and your emotions too hostile.
3. LESS SLEEP MEANS LESS SEX
This statement pertains to a person’s sex drive when he/she lacks sleep. A sleep-deprived person is a tired person. His libido is affected and according to studies, testosterone levels in men and women are decreased during sleep deprivation.
