Brain fog is a term when you feel groggy or crappy after waking up. This may not be medically recognized yet but it is an actual condition that some people have experienced. It is when you still feel tired after hours of sleep. The reasons behind these are discussed further in this list:
1. CHRONIC STRESS

Water is essential to life. It is a source of the brain’s electrical energy which is significant for all the functions of the brain which includes memory and thinking. The production the brain’s neurotransmitters and hormones also have water requirement.
In order to maximize your creativity and the ability to focus and think faster, always have your water with you and drink it more frequently.
3. LACK OF QUALITY SLEEP
Quality sleep is as essential as water. If you don’t have enough, your body tends to feel so tired without any concrete physical reason. It has not been replenished fully that is why energy lacks so much. This, in turn, can make you a bad day due to the feeling of sluggishness.
4. STAGNANT LIFESTYLE
A lifestyle so stagnant is not living life at all. Moving the body isn’t as bad as you think it could be, right? We admit that sometimes, due to the constant stress we experience from work or other environments, all we want is to sit back and relax even the whole free time we have to spare. But try to do some exercise, no matter how simple the routine is, it is still exercising and it helps!
With all these, we go down with one conclusion, simply love yourself and take care of your body!
