Homemade Recipe That Will Eliminate That Joint Pain!

Fortunately, the Russian folk medicine offers a natural recipe which will help you remove the pain after its first use. What is even better, all ingredients of the recipe are probably already in your kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp. of mustard
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tbsp. of water
  • 1 tbsp. of fine salt

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place the prepared mixture in an empty box of hand cream or some other packaging.


Application:

This procedure is best to be done before going to bed so that the joints can rest after the treatment. Apply some of the mixture on the painful section, put a plastic bag over it and tie with a warm scarf made of wool. Leave thus for 1.5-2 hours. Wash the place in the morning.

Repeat the procedure 4-5 days. You fill feel the improvements even after the first day. When needed, repeat it. You’ll be able to use the mixture for couple of days, so keep it in the fridge. If the pain returns after some time, make a new mixture and repeat this method.
