- Place all ingredients into a clean jar and cover with a lid.
- Let them soak for about 12 hours to let a proper mixture of the ingredients.
After 12 hours of setting and the mixture is ready for use, shake the jar again and use a clean cloth or bandage to apply the mixture to the skin just on top of the affected area. Massage the veins with the mixture then cover the area with the cloth or bandage then wrap it around with a warm plastic or warm moist cloth to help that mixture penetrate your skin.
