Things That You Should Do When Your Blood Pressure Suddenly Falls Down (Hypo-tension)

Low blood pressure is medically termed as “Hypo-tension” which shows that a person has an abnormally low blood pressure reading particularly less than 90/60. These two numbers represent the systolic and diastolic pressure in the heart.
Blood pressure reading appears as two numbers. The measure of the systolic pressure is represented by the first and higher of the two wherein it describes the arteries’ pressure when the heart beats and is filled with blood while the measure of the diastolic pressure is represented by the second number which describes the arteries’ pressure when the heart is at rest in between the heartbeats.
If you go below from the normal blood pressure reading which is 120/80, then you are hypotensive. Most people are more concerned about having high blood pressure or hypertension but having a low blood pressure is just the same case.
