In a juicer, put one piece of mango, 4 pieces of carrots, a slice of pineapple and at least 30 grams of strawberries. Drink this juice early in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening if you notice that gout symptoms become worse.
4.CRANBERRIES
In a liter of water, add at least 30 grams of cranberries and let it boil for five minutes. Strain then drink this remedy three times a day.
5. CORN
For about 10 minutes, boil an ear of corn cob in an enough amount of water. Strain and drink for at least three times a day.
