3 Common Reasons Why you Always Feel Exhausted

Battling to regain energy daily is not something easy. When you just feel tired from the day’s work and activities, you simply want to have a good night sleep or just some rest over a cozy warm bed. But if you had a good rest already and still felt tired, then there may be something wrong.
If you can’t find the exact reason why you still feel tired more often than not, then the following habits listed may be the answer you needed:


1. YOU ARE ON YOUR LAPTOP OR PHONE EVEN BEFORE BEDTIME
Gadgets have been with us almost all the time. We are attached to it every day. Our hours are spent through browsing the internet and for some other reason, we tend to consume all our time doing such even before sleeping. 
This is not good for our brain because studies have shown that when we are exposed to harsh blue and white lights coming from digital devices, melatonin (the hormone responsible for controlling sleep and wake cycle) is disrupted in the brain. The imbalance in this hormone causes you to lose some sleep.
2. YOU LACK WATER

Dehydration is one reason why you still feel exhausted after sleep. Water is essential to the human body and it affects energy levels. If you lack such, tendencies might be having low energy levels.
3. YOU CONSUME ALCOHOL BEFORE BEDTIME
It’s a myth that when you are drunk, you are more likely to go to sleep. Actually, it does but as it works it increases insulin levels in the body which makes the body move around during sleep. That’s why as you wake up from being drunk, you feel exhausted.
These are the reasons we have researched about but there are still some other personal reasons why such feeling of too much tiredness occurs even after sleep.
