IRON DEFICIENCY: Signs and Treatment

Iron is a mineral needed for hemoglobin production. Hemoglobin is a protein that aids red blood cells in carrying oxygen all throughout the body. This is a significant mineral and is essential for a lot of enzymes in functioning properly.
