Nausea is the feeling that you have in your stomach when you think that you are going to vomit. This is when the stomach is in the state of distress accompanied by food distaste and vomiting or the urge to do so.
Some people experience this when flying or sometimes when simply after eating. Ever asked yourself why? Here are five reasons of what causes nausea after eating?
BOWEL IRRITABILITY
Your bowels are feeling a lot of crankiness when you feel nauseous after eating. This is due to the presence of an irritable bowel disease. Since eating irritates the bowels, constipation, and diarrhea then follows which occurs or succeeds by turns. You can have bowel relief by consuming food rich in fiber and avoiding caffeine and smoking.
PREGNANCY
Feeling nauseous at is inevitable if you are bearing a child. When you are pregnant, nausea and vomiting are common symptoms that you would feel. This morning sickness, as so we call it, occurs during day or night and may totally be frequent to be felt by pregnant women during the early stages of pregnancy. Some may feel this throughout the day and some may have felt this at certain times only. To avoid or lessen this, simply eat small portions of food and overcome discomfort by avoiding foods and smell that would trigger nausea and will make you feel unpleasant.
INDIGESTION
Indigestion is an unpleasant feeling (such as a burning sensation or pain) in your stomach or chest that is caused by digesting food difficulty. The normal digestion process disturbed is the result of this burning sensation, too much gas in the stomach and nausea. Stress, oily foods, carbonated and acidic drinks are some reasons why you experience indigestion that is why you should probably be avoiding these stuff if you are suffering such. Keep it calm and relax!

ALLERGIES
Allergy is a medical condition that causes someone to become sick after eating, touching, or breathing something that would be harmless to most people. Allergens or substances causing your allergies are commonly found in a wide range of food. Foods commonly known allergens are gluten, milk, peanuts, some seafood, etc. For an allergic reaction to happen, your body system is triggered and will react to these allergens that would cause you to vomit and feel nauseous. If you have felt this, do not be hesitant to seek a doctor and go for a professional consultation.
HANGOVERS
Hangover is a condition or a sick feeling after drinking too much alcohol at an earlier time. Too much alcohol consumption will make you feel nauseous accompanied by a headache. When a person drinks too much, this would most likely happen. In dealing with this, just drink 1-2 liters of water which induces vomiting.
