Ingredients
- 1 raw banana
- 1 liter water
- honey or sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
- Boil water.
- Cut both ends of banana and place in the water. Let boil for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour the water into the colander and into the mug. You can also add honey or cinnamon to add flavor.
Usage
Drink an hour before going to sleep.
